Benjamin & Theodore

I had twin boys born at 23 weeks at Levine’s Children’s Hospital. They were born January 5th, and are now 36 weeks corrected. My husband and I also have two older kids who are 9 and 7 years old. We live in New Bern, which is in Eastern North Carolina and have been staying at the Ronald McDonald House since I had the boys.

We were given some gas gift cards from Madelyn’s Fund and I just wanted to say thank you. With a 5 hour drive home, those have definitely helped out. We thank you so much for helping families like ours!

Kayden

My family and myself cannot thank you enough for helping and supporting us in such a time of need! We would not have been able to bring our baby Kayden home and have a proper celebration without you! We are forever grateful for this fund. I find some peace knowing Kayden is not alone in Heaven but has Madelyn and others with him. It’s amazing to have this type of support in the community.

Karsyn

My husband and I wanted to thank Madelyn’s Fund for covering the entire expense of our daughter’s headstone. When we received the promissory note we were so touched. That lifted a great weight off our shoulders. Our daughter, Karsyn, was born at 34 weeks. She was growth restricted and only weighted 2 lbs and 3 oz. She also had Down Syndrome and a heart defect. Karsyn made us very proud parents during her short time on earth.

Brayden & Blake

On December 12th of 2018 I gave birth to twins at 30 weeks and 2 days. Brayden and Blake spent a little over 2 months in the NICU. Giving birth to premature twins and not being able to hold them when I first gave birth was the most agonizing experience ever. Madelyn’s Fund really helped me to readjust my focus to my children.`

Karter

Being in the NICU was rough for our family. I had to take off work and my husband was the only one with an income. I was with Karter every day for hours and Madelyn’s Fund helped us with gas cards so I could get there. They also helped us with our rent and utilities. We really appreciate it because we were struggling.
