Join Us for Drink Pink 2025!

This summer, Madelyn’s Fund is proud to launch our third annual Drink Pink campaign in partnership with restaurants and bars across the Greater Charlotte area. Kicking off Friday, May 23—just in time for Memorial Day weekend—the campaign runs through June 30. Participating establishments will donate a portion of proceeds from a featured pink drink to support NICU families through Madelyn’s Fund. We’re deeply grateful to our community of generous, service-minded restaurants and bars for helping us make a meaningful impact.

Fort Millsner (on tap or 4-pack): Amor Artis’s take on a traditional German pilsner.

“Drink Pink” Rosé (on tap): A crisp, refreshing rosé with bright notes of strawberry, citrus, and a hint of floral, perfect for easy sipping.

Chateau La Mascaronne, “Folly” Dry Rose: From Provence, France; a beautiful pale pink color with silvery undertones. The nose is crisp and fresh with floral and fruity notes of pear and white peach. The palate is delicious with hints of apricot and great freshness.

Ticket to the Tropics: A vibrant blend of blanco tequila, orange liqueur, coconut cream, hibiscus, and cold-pressed lime.

Pink Paloma Club: Crafted with Hornitos Plata Tequila, passion fruit, and strawberry.

Paloma Rosa: Hibiscus flower-infused Lunazul tequila, pomegranate liqueur, fresh grapefruit & lime juice, topped with club soda and rosemary sprigs. 

Pretty in Pink: Gin, strawberry syrup, Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato, super carbonated soda, and rhubarb bitters.

Correspondence Rosé: A crisp, refreshing wine with delicate notes of strawberry, watermelon, and citrus. Light-bodied and dry, it’s perfect for warm days, easy sipping, and effortless pairings.

Raise a Glass, Make a Difference: Madelyn’s Fund Launches Third Annual Drink Pink Campaign to Support NICU Families

Charlotte, NC—May 19, 2025 — Madelyn’s Fund proudly announces the return of its third annual Drink Pink campaign—a powerful and growing movement uniting restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and beverage spots across the region to support families facing the unimaginable. This vibrant initiative raises critical funds for local families with a child in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), as well as those enduring the heartbreak of infant loss, with every pink drink poured in partnership with Madelyn’s Fund.

Launching on Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 23) and running through June, Drink Pink spans the Greater Charlotte area. Participating establishments will feature pink-themed drinks—from creative cocktails to glasses of rosé to refreshing non-alcoholic options—with a portion of proceeds donated directly to Madelyn’s Fund.
