2020 was a hard and unforgettable year, but we are 2020 was a hard and unforgettable year, but we are proud to look back at all that Madelyn’s Fund accomplished over the last 12 months. Here is our own version of the top nine of the year!
We are grateful to have supported more families and children this year than ever and couldn’t have done it without your support!
We are now spending time reflecting on 2020 and looking ahead to all 2021 has in store ❤️ We wish you a very happy new year with hopes to see you soon! #happynewyear #2021 #madelynsfund
For the second year in a row, Madelyn's Fund spons For the second year in a row, Madelyn's Fund sponsored a family in the CVICU (cardiovascular intensive care unit) at Atrium Health's Levine Children's Hospital.

Jayda was diagnosed prenatally with multiple cardiovascular anomalies. She began her life in the NICU, but has been in the CVICU for the past two months where she's had surgeries and other life-saving measures. Jayda's family lives in Winston-Salem, so Madelyn's Fund has assisted her mom, Tasia, by covering her stay at the Hospitality House of Charlotte while she waited for placement at the Ronald McDonald House. We also helped her with utility bills and provided gas cards for her travel back and forth. Tasia has been unable to work due to the hospitalization and desperately wanted to offer Jayda's two older sisters as "normal" a Christmas as possible. Last week, we delivered Christmas gifts to Tasia to make the holidays brighter for her and her family. She is so grateful to Madelyn's Fund for making that happen.

Madelyn's Fund supports NICU families whose child(ren) must be transferred to the CVICU for heart problems. In 2020, we provided more than $43,000 in financial assistance to these families

Merry Christmas to all of our family, friends, followers, NICU warriors, families, and every single one of you that supports Madelyn’s Fund! We appreciate you more than you know! #madelynsfund

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and now it’s Giving Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and now it’s Giving Tuesday! 2020 has been hard year on everyone; families, businesses, and non-profits alike. Like most non-profits in the area, Madelyn’s Fund was not able to host either of our big fundraising events this year. We rely on donations and support raised primarily at these events. As we come to the end of 2020 we know that your time and money are being requested in all directions as people are really hurting this year! Any and all donations (big or small) are always ALWAYS appreciated. We feel so grateful to be able to support the NICU families here in Charlotte and couldn’t do it without your donations and support. Please take a moment to watch our stories and see how your donations make direct impacts on the lives of so many families. ❤️ #givingtuesday #givingtuesday2020 #madelynsfund #nicu
