NICU AWARENESS MONTH GIVEBACK EVENTS
Wednesday, September 16 — Chick-fil-A Cotswold Giveback + PINK Party

Support Madelyn’s Fund all day long at Chick-fil-A Cotswold! Place a mobile order anytime throughout the day, and a portion of eligible sales will be donated to Madelyn’s Fund to help support local NICU families. Then, join us from 5:30–7:30 PM for a special PINK Party as we come together to celebrate NICU Awareness Month and show our support for NICU families in our community. Wear your pink, grab a bite, and come see us!

Wednesday, September 16 — The Social Shop Giveback Event

Shop for a cause at The Social Shop on September 16, from 10 AM–5 PM, with $5 from every purchase donated to Madelyn’s Fund in honor of NICU Awareness Month. Enjoy mimosas in the morning, spritzes in the afternoon, and snacks all day while you shop and support NICU families!

 
Friday, September 18 — Food Truck Friday at Resident Culture

Grab some great food, enjoy the evening, and stop by to learn more about Madelyn’s Fund. You’ll also have the opportunity to make a donation and help support NICU families in need.
16 HANDLES Giveback Event

Cool down with a sweet treat while giving back! Stop by 16 HANDLES, and 20% of sales from 4–8 PM will benefit Madelyn’s Fund, helping provide meaningful support to NICU families in need.

September 26 — Rosemont’s End of Summer Soirée

Celebrate the end of summer at Rosemont’s Southern Soirée beginning at 6 PM, featuring coastal cocktails, Southern-inspired fare, a live DJ, and dancing under the stars. Tickets are $95 and include a Southern-inspired buffet, one drink ticket, and gratuity. Plus, enter the evening’s raffle benefiting Madelyn’s Fund, with 100% of raffle proceeds supporting NICU families in need.

It’s the perfect excuse for a little shopping while making a meaningful difference for families when they need it most.

 
September 30 — Jeni’s Ice Creams Giveback Event

Celebrate NICU Awareness Day with a sweet treat that gives back! Stop by Jeni’s Ice Creams at Park Road from 4–7 PM to grab a scoop (or two!) while supporting Madelyn’s Fund and the NICU families we serve. Bring the whole family, invite some friends, and help us end NICU Awareness Month on a sweet note!

Reflecting on the Importance of NICU Awareness Month

There are certain times each year that we focus our attention on special groups of people that live and work among us.  One of these times is the month of September which is designated as NICU Awareness Month. NICU Awareness Month is a time when we at Madelyn’s Fund seek to honor the many professionals working in our local NICU’s as well as both honor and consider the needs of the families and babies being cared for in these NICU’s both today and in the future.

Madelyn’s Fund Expands NICU Awareness Month Efforts with 2025 Ambassador Program to Support Families and Drive Community Impact

Madelyn’s Fund is excited to announce the return of its NICU Awareness Month Ambassador Program this September. This initiative invites passionate community members and businesses to join forces in raising awareness and vital funds for families navigating the challenges of the NICU.

“By becoming a NICU Awareness Month Ambassador, you are directly impacting families who need it most while honoring the memory of little ones gone too soon,” says Rachel Lee, co-founder of Madelyn’s Fund. “Our ambassadors help shine a light on the needs of NICU families and the amazing work of their caregivers.”
