September 1-30, 2024:
Blackhawk Hardware— Round up your purchases for Madelyn’s Fund.
Common Market—A portion of daily special sales will be donated to Madelyn’s Fund.
Designs by Kyong—A portion of sales from September will be donated back to Madelyn’s Fund.
Dilworth Car Wash—$2 for every full-service car wash and $10 for every Interior, Exterior, or Signature Detail will be donated to Madelyn’s Fund.

Renata Gasparian will debut her exclusive Madelyn’s Fund collection, donating a percentage of the sales, and Erin McDermott creator of Erin McDermott Jewelry will also contribute a portion of her sales. September 27—NICU Awareness Day Event at Goldie’s
Join us from 5-8 p.m. to celebrate NICU Awareness Day at Goldie’s, with a fun-filled, family-friendly event! Enjoy great food, drinks, live music, and games for all ages. We’ll have a face painter, balloon twister, and classic games like Jenga, Connect 4, and cornhole to keep the kids entertained. NICU AWARENESS MONTH HIGHLIGHTS
The program is designed to raise awareness and vital funds to support local families navigating the challenges of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). By participating in this program, individuals will play a crucial role in ensuring that families of premature or critically ill newborns receive the financial support they need, allowing them to focus on their child’s well-being. Madelyn’s Fund is actively seeking passionate individuals to join this program.
Reflecting on the Importance of NICU Awareness Month
There are certain times each year that we focus our attention on special groups of people that live and work among us. One of these times is the month of September which is designated as NICU Awareness Month. NICU Awareness Month is a time when we at Madelyn’s Fund seek to honor the many professionals working in our local NICU’s as well as both honor and consider the needs of the families and babies being cared for in these NICU’s both today and in the future.
In 2023, with the help of our NICU Awareness Ambassadors and Partners, we raised $33,341 to support local NICU families in the Carolinas.
