We’re excited to welcome Rhett Postal to the Madel We’re excited to welcome Rhett Postal to the Madelyn’s Fund Board of Directors! Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, Rhett has called Charlotte home for the past 12 years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, he began his banking career and now serves as Vice President on the Commercial Banking team at First National Bank in Charlotte. Rhett and his wife, Anita, are proud parents to two daughters—Anita (4) and Sofia (6 months). Sofia spent more than a month in the NICU at Novant Presbyterian Hospital due to unexpected complications. That experience gave Rhett and his family a deeply personal understanding of the challenges NICU families face and inspired his commitment to supporting others walking a similar journey. Outside of work, Rhett enjoys spending time outdoors, playing golf, and making memories with his family. He’s also passionate about giving back and has been actively involved with organizations such as BraveWorks, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, and Madelyn’s Fund. After experiencing firsthand the critical support Madelyn’s Fund provides, Rhett joined the board to help expand awareness and resources so more NICU families can access the care and support they need during such a vulnerable time. Rhett believes one of the most meaningful ways Madelyn’s Fund impacts families is by allowing parents to focus on their children while receiving essential financial and logistical support when it matters most.
