Madelyn’s Fund to Host 7th Annual Pink Bow Gala at The Casey on October 18, 2024

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHARLOTTE, NC – August 30, 2024 – Madelyn’s Fund is proud to announce the 7th Annual Pink Bow Gala, taking place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at The Casey by BeauMonde, one of Charlotte’s premier new venues in NoDa. This highly anticipated event has already sold out, drawing hundreds of Charlotte’s most dedicated philanthropists and businesses committed to supporting local families navigating the challenges of a NICU stay.

Founded in 2016 by Rachel and Andy Lee in memory of their daughter Madelyn, Madelyn’s Fund provides crucial financial assistance to families with infants in the NICU and helps cover funeral expenses for families who experience the tragedy of infant loss. The Pink Bow Gala is the organization’s signature fundraising event, and this year, the goal is to raise over $350,000 to further its mission.

This year’s Gala is made possible by the generous support of our presenting sponsor, Lineberger Orthodontics, along with event sponsors such as the Jane and Tom Mann Family Foundation, Kelli and Ben Telling, Katrina Hutchins Events, Melvin Group, Arcadia Homes, United Global Technologies, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Williams Buick GMC, Rêve & Roam, Novant Health, H K B Cosmetic Surgery, Devore, Acton & Stafford, Beau Monde, Diamonds Direct, Atrium Health, Laura and Jimmy Derrick, McGuire Woods, Saturday Creative, and many other generous organizations and individuals. We extend special thanks to the event committee and volunteers, including many NICU nurses, whose dedication has been instrumental in ensuring the success of this event.

The talented Sean Keane will host the evening, guiding guests through a night of entertainment and philanthropy. Attendees will enjoy expertly crafted cocktails, an elegant seated dinner, and the chance to connect with some of Charlotte’s most influential community members. The program will feature moving remarks from founders Rachel and Andy Lee, along with a local family who received support from Madelyn’s Fund during their NICU journey.

Guests will also have the opportunity to engage in various fundraising activities, including a paddle raise, live auction, and silent auction offering luxury goods, relaxing getaways, and gourmet experiences. The evening promises an unforgettable experience with drinks, fashion, dancing, and photo opportunities, all complemented by exquisite culinary delights.

Madelyn’s Fund relies on the generosity of the community to meet its fundraising goals, enabling the organization to extend vital support to more families in need. Every contribution makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing unimaginable challenges, easing the financial and emotional burdens during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
